FAQ

1. Activate Subscription

Check your email for the purchase receipt. Use the INVOICE NO and the instructions in [this link] to view the in-app Subscription Activation instructions.

2. Activate License Code

If you have a LICENSE CODE use [this link] to view the in-app License Upgrade instructions.

3. Upload Problems?

Files with non-standard spaces can cause upload problems. Renaming or removing the spaces will allow uploading. - Allowed upload filetypes (contact if you need a filetype):
pdf, doc, docx, jpg, png, jpeg, txt, mp4, avi, zip, 7z, rar, csv, gif, mpeg4, tif, avi

4. Download Problems?

Your files are stored in encrypted storage and unencrypted when you retrieve them with keycodes. New keys are generated every ONE minute. If your file wont open or download simply wait a 30 seconds and click the 'Download' button again until a new 'KEY' value is generated.

5. Cancel Your Subscription

No Problem and we're sorry to see you go but we've made cancelling monthly/yearly subscriptions fast and easy. Cancelling is not available for 'License Code' activations (they have preset expire dates). Simply LOGIN to your account and select the [Settings] button then 'CANCEL' subscription. You will be immediately downgraded to 'FREE' access and no further billing will occur. Any previous messages you have scheduled will still be sent to your receiver at the selected date.

6. When Does My License Expire?

To view Status, LOGIN and select [Settings]. If you have a subscription it will show as ACTIVE and you have the option to CANCEL it. If you have a LICENSE CODE it will show the expire date.
